Accommodation Info:

1. Scholarship Awardees:

Scholarship Awardees will stay in The Palazzo Bangkok during the conference. (check in on 28th MAR, check out on 1st APR 2013) 
* Scholarship awardees' hotel booking will be taken by conference committee. 
Scholarship awardees please do not write to hotel to make double bookings! 

Each scholarship awardee will share room (twin beds) with another person. The accommodation includes breakfast. 

If you would like to extend your staying, you have to pay extra nights by yourself while checking in. But please contact with conference committee in advance. 

Any extra cost (i.e. wifi, room service, laundry and others) will be paid by individual in cash/with credit card to hotel.

2. General Participants:

Staying in The Palazzo Bangkok and Hip Bangkok

The Palazzo Bangkok and Hip Bangkok belong to the same hotel group. Hip Bangkok is just next to The Palazzo Bangkok. General participants of ILGA-Asia Conference 2013 can enjoy discount rates (all including breakfast) either in The Palazzo Bangkok or Hip Bangkok. Discount room rates as following:

(a) Superior & Deluxe: 1,100 baht (single/double)

(b) Studio: 1,600 baht (single) / 1,700 baht (double)

(c) Studio Suite: 3,900 (single/double)

Reservation/Booking:

Please write e-mail to The Palazzo Bangkok or Hip Bangkok for reservation directly. 
DO NOT use hotel's booking system on reservation page!!!

Notes in reservation mail: 

(1) Name (the same as passport or Thai ID card)

(2) check in and check out date (how many nights)

(3) room type

(4) other request (i.e. smoking or non-smoking room)


(5) participant of ILGA-Asia Conference Bangkok 2013. 

      It is very important to note that you are a participant of the conference. Otherwise, you won’t be able to enjoy discount rate.

Payment:

No advance fee will be charged. All payment has to be paid while checking in. 

Every general participant has to be responsible for her/his own cost during staying.
